STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable, including under the Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and equivalent international legislation, customers may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within a statutory period (typically 14 days from receipt of goods).

Where such rights apply:

• The customer must notify us within the legal timeframe
• Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
